We seek to fill the below position immediately   Job Title: Customer Representatives [Igbo & Hausa] Qualification: NCE, OND, HND or B.SC Age: Not more than 30 years old Minimum of 2 years experience in related position Must be fluent in Igbo or in Hausa language Must be smart and confident Detailed knowledge of communication, multi-tasking, organization and management is highly required   Responsibilities -- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. --Responding promptly to customer inquiries. --Communicating with customers through various channels. --Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. --Processing orders, forms, applications and requests. --Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
